劇情簡介：歷史發生的那一刻，你在哪裡？十二點零八分，中午時分的一場革命，宣告羅馬尼亞政權交替；十六年後的革命紀念日，布加勒斯特地方電視台找來喝到茫的老師以及打扮成聖誕老人的打工仔上節目，引發全鎮百姓瘋call in：「咱們小鎮真的參與過那一場革命嗎？」大話舊聞，全民來亂講，歷史再虛構，全片極盡辛辣嘲諷之能事，日子過得好才實在。
